What's Up with My Life?!
Ever ask yourself that question? Are you overwhelmed to the point of dysfunction?
Take a deep breath and relax. Work, family, kids, life. It's normal to be stressed in our hectic world today. We women wear so many hats everyday. Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, caregiver, business/careerwoman, chauffer, cook, accountant, boss, employee...whew!
Have you hit a point in life where you just want to retreat and feel like you are truly being YOU...no masks or expectations from others...just blissfully finding and feeling like yourself?
Well, I've got news for you. A woman's very nature is to create and nurture. Without us, life would cease to exist, and the world might cease to turn! Our true service to the world (and to our families) is to feel well, complete and fulfilled. Hard to do when we have extra baggage (people and their energy) parasiting off of us.
Don't wait any longer to come out of your cocoon and live whole, free, refreshed and fabulous!
Let me explain. Over time, we begin to pick up unwanted stress (in the body) that refuses to leave. As we go through life, we have experiences that create holes and "power sockets" which allow intrusive energy and energy blockages to get a foothold in us and take us out of our best self. This can create or exaggerate illness, depression, anxiety, low-self esteem, low energy, headaches, financial and job issues and more. Understandably, this can cause someone to retreat into a cocoon of self-protection
